About the Writer
Jeff Bourque is the Director of Worship and Prayer Ministries at Grace Community Church in Brentwood, TN (just south of Nashville). As a songwriter, he has held a publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group in Nashville and seen his songs cut by Mercy Me, Centrifuge camps, James Tealy and Julian Drive.
As a worship leader, his primary calling has been to equip the international church with songs that are theologically rich, centered on the triune God, and easily learnable and singable. With the help of his friends Joel Anderson (graphic designer) and Adam Darnell (site designer), the ideas for Congregational Songs have turned into a reality – a resource for worship leaders to find songs that lead their people to Christ.
Jeff has been married to Kelly for five years, and has a daughter, Lucy, who was born in January of 2009.
